By booking and participating in this a Remedi Wellness Retreat, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read carefully before proceeding with your reservation.

1. Purpose of the Retreat

This retreat is designed to provide participants with a holistic wellness experience through activities such as yoga, meditation, biohacking treatments, intravenous vitamin therapy, massages, facials and blood testing prior to the trip and other various other wellness practices. It is important to note that:

• The retreat is not a substitute for professional medical advice aimed to diagnose or treat any illnesses or diseases. If you have specific health concerns, please consult with a qualified healthcare provider prior to attending or contact our Remedi London clinic for further medical advice.

2. Travel and Travel Insurance

• Travel arrangements, including flights, visas, and other transportation to and from the retreat location, are the sole responsibility of the participant unless state otherwise.

• We highly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance, which should include coverage for medical emergencies, cancellations, lost luggage, and other unforeseen events. Remedi Retreats does not provide travel insurance and will not be held responsible for any travel related issues.

• Participants are also responsible for ensuring they meet the entry requirements of the destination country (e.g. passports, visas, vaccinations).

3. Health and Wellness Responsibility

• It is the responsibility of each participant to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, physical limitations, allergies, or dietary restrictions prior to the retreat.

• Participants must take full responsibility for their health and wellbeing during the retreat. Any physical activities, including yoga or excursions, are undertaken at the participant’s own risk.

• If you are pregnant or have any chronic medical condition, please consult with your physician before participating in the retreat.

4. Retreat Schedule and Activities

• The retreat itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions, availability of instructors, or other unforeseen circumstances. No refunds will be issued for changes to the schedule.

• Participation in activities is voluntary. While every effort is made to accommodate various levels of ability, participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies and act within their own capabilities.

5. Payment and Cancellation Policy

• A non-refundable deposit of £500 is required to secure your place. The balance must be paid in full before 2 months of the retreat start date. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in the loss of your reservation.

• Cancellation requests must be made in writing.

• We reserve the right to cancel the retreat due to insufficient enrolment, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of retreat fees but not for any travel expenses incurred.

6. Liability Waiver

• Remedi Retreat and its facilitators, organisers, and staff shall not be held responsible for any injuries, illnesses, losses, or damages sustained during or as a result of the retreat.

• Participants agree to release Remedi Retreats and its representatives from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from participation in the retreat, including travel related disruptions, accidents, or force majeure events.

7. Code of Conduct

• All participants are expected to maintain a respectful and supportive environment. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the retreat without refund.

• Please respect local customs, culture, and laws during your stay. Any legal issues arising from a participant’s actions are their sole responsibility.

8. Media and Photography

• Photos or videos may be taken during the retreat for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image in marketing materials unless you notify us in writing prior to the retreat.

9. Force Majeure

Remedi Retreats is not responsible for any cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or travel restrictions.
